Guide
Where to watch, and when it is wrong
The row under a title is an offer list for one country at the time of the draw. It is not your personal library.
Country is the whole query
Where you watch is a country, not a postcode. Offers for the UK are not offers for Ireland, even when the shops feel similar. The page tries to start on the country of your connection. If you are travelling, or you use a VPN, change the dropdown before you draw. A saved choice is remembered in this browser. It does not follow your account to another device unless that browser has the same choice stored.
Stream, rent, buy, free
Each logo is labelled. Stream means a subscription offer JustWatch reported. Rent and Buy mean a one-off shop, including stores that sit inside a service you already open, such as Apple TV or Amazon. Free can mean a free catalog or an ad-supported one. If you only want titles inside a subscription, set Platform before the draw. Leaving it on Any will still show rentals on the card.
Why the app then says it is not there
- The offer expired between the draw and the moment you opened the app.
- Your plan does not include that add-on. A Disney+ or Netflix logo is not every plan.
- The title is in the country catalog but not in your region’s storefront yet.
- JustWatch and the service disagree. RFG does not re-check the service itself.
When that happens, the useful next step is another card from the same draw, not a second identical search. If none of the offers are playable, widen Platform to Any or switch country only if you can actually watch there.
What RFG will not invent
There is no button that starts playback on this site. Trailer opens YouTube when an id exists. Watch on opens the outbound link for that offer. If both are missing, the catalog did not have them. Refreshing the page does not create a link.
